Tired of pain returning time and time again. Ever wonder why?
At Function and Performance Chiropractic, in Charlotte NC, we make it our goal to determine the source of pain.
Where one feels pain is rarely the same area causing the pain. Rather than simply treating the site of pain we make our business to investigate the ultimate source of the pain.
Eliminating the Source of Your Pain
By eliminating the source of the pain, you can keep the pain from returning. We do this through a thorough functional movement analysis.
If you don’t move properly, and don’t have full range of motion in your joints you are bound to develop pain. This applies the same for the office worker as it does to the elite athlete.

Assess and Correct
After a patient’s functional movement has been assessed, a proper diagnosis can be made and an exercise program specific to their needs and ability can be created.
This specialized exercise program is meant to re-establish proper strength in specific muscles and appropriate flexibility in others.
This allows one to move through a fuller range of motion and eliminate strained tissues.
Each Patient is UNIQUE!
Each patient is unique and therefore each treatment plan is unique. On top of functional rehabilitation; spinal decompression, soft-tissue work (ART) and spinal adjustments are added as needed to assist in speeding the recovery of each patient.
And each patient visit is fully one-on-one with Dr. McGrann.
